Joseph Patrick Palisano
Joe brings to Lincoln companies, a diverse background in running Self-Storage, Moving and Storage warehouse in Buffalo and Tampa. Joe began his career with the company at western New York foreign Trade Zone in Lackawanna while managing the warehouse team. Joe continued his management in operations in the Buffalo office and also manages the warehouse. He currently oversees the Tampa office and handles all interest sales for all moving operations. He also manages the real estate for all companies.

Beth Churzynski
Beth joined the Lincoln group of companies in 1997 as the Human Resource Manager/Assistant Controller and was later promoted to the company Controller. Motivated by the challenges the diversity of the business brings, she is the "watchdog" for the company. Many of Beth's day to day functions which includes a huge responsibility for organizing, directing and controlling the work of the accounting personnel in collecting, summarizing and interpreting financial data for the use of management, creditors, investors and taxing authorities. She also assists in budget, cost controls and accounting practices. As a member of the top management team, she plays an intricate part in assisting with forecasts for proposed projects of the organization, involved in measuring actual performance against operating plans and standards and interprets the results of operations for all levels of management. She has a BS. degree in Accounting from Canisius College and is a Dale Carnegie Leadership seminar graduate.

Richard Dowd

Richard has been with Lincoln Moving & Storage since 2002. His key role involves payroll management including tabulation of accrued employee benefits. Richard is diligent when working with various management teams with his contributions in developing and implementing organizational strategies, policies and practices. He is actively involved in weekly board meetings where his involvement is crucial in some of the decision making involving company healthcare/401 K. He has a major leadership role in multiple warehouse functions; overall, performing various jobs and responsibilities in all areas within the organization. Richard has a really good understanding of the intercompany relationships and is a vital member to the team. He is an active member in SHRM, Buffalo Niagara Human Resource Association and Niagara Family Business group. Richard also has a BA in Psychology Buffalo State College of New York.

Steve has been with Lincoln companies for over 15 years and directly coordinates pricing, sales, and/or distribution of services. He is diligent in managing staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties. Involved in financial statements reviews, sales and activity reports, and other performance data, Steve measures productivity and goal achievement to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement. He is established and involved in the implementation of departmental policies, goals objectives, and procedures, conferring with board members, and or owners of the organization officials, and staff members as necessary. Steve determines staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new employees or oversee those personnel processes. He is a University of Buffalo Graduate.

A native of Long Island, New York and graduate of The Ohio State University, Joe moved to Western New York in 2008 and joined the Lincoln Moving & Storage sales team. After years of working in his family owned business, he made a seamless transition into working with the fifth generation of Palisanos at Lincoln. His emphasis is always on providing exceptional customer service as well as building relationships with local realtors to ensure future referrals.

Karen has wide range of experience in the transportation and warehousing industry, including commercial moving, logistics consolidation, distribution, as well as household relocation. She is a recent graduate of SUNY Empire State College with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management.
